Such a great veterinary surgery. The staff were lovely and seemed to genuinely care for the animals. As an owner I was nervous but they were very reassuring and kind. They were great at explaining the procedure to me and explained how to look after my pet afterwards.

I can't get over the previous review. I have been going to city vet for two years and always found them great. I have recommended them to my friends and I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE WITH YOUR PET!!!!!!!!! I went there with my baby doggie when i discovered a bad wound on her underneath near her nipples that i just assume she got out my playing in my backyard as she is only 2 years old and loves the back garden. BUT, when i met the veterinary surgeon, Mr Donal Ryan (i am not going to put the VCI to shame by putting the "dr" before his name as he does not deserve this!), he told me that my dog was abused and neglected and though he doesn't like to point the finger, he pointed it at me. I was very upset going to him as any pet owner would be when their dog/pet is hurt or in pain. He brought me to tears about how no one could notice and who would let this injury just go on, i don't know the exact date or time the injury happened but i guessed it might have been just under a week but still he pestered me about how a week is too long. I said i wasn't happy with his attitude and wanted to leave and as he let me leave he said "So don't come back here again", with my dog in tow obviously hurt from her injury I had to leave the place and as quick as I could find another veterinary surgeon that would help me to help my dog. Being a lover of dogs I was extremely upset and on-a-nerve emotionally going in but was in tears and appalled coming out.
